What we process. When you contact us through the enquiry form, by email or by phone, we process your name, email address and any phone number, location, type of enquiry and message you choose to give us. When you visit the website, technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit are processed to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Purposes and legal basis. We use enquiry data only to answer your enquiry and to arrange an appointment. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Recipients. The website and the enquiry form run on Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Dublin, Ireland), and our email is provided by Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Dublin, Ireland). If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland) to see how the website is used; Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, and we keep the analytics data for 14 months. These providers process data only on our behalf and on our instructions. Where data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, this happens under safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and do not use them for automated decision-making.
Retention. We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows.
Your rights. You have the right to access your data, to have them corrected or erased, to restrict or object to their processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent to cookies at any time. To exercise these rights, write to unar@unar-tohome.com. This website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
